Did you know? Research has shown for 2010, Australia is leading the pack out of Canada, France, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom for having the strongest housing market in the world. This was thanks to relatively low unemployment and tight housing supply last year.

This won’t stay around for long as it is predicted interest rates are likely to hike and as a result will slow the market in 2011. Oh no! Not more bad news!
