Inner City Schools Overflowing – Catchment areas in demand

The surge in buyers wanting to raise families in the inner City has placed pressure on infrastructure across the board. Schools and Kindies are two that have been the biggest effected.  

Houses in Catchment areas that ensure your child’s guarantee to a particular  School have risen in value quite significantly due to parents wanting their children now  or in the future to attend a particular state primary school.

With some schools running at 200% more in attendance then say 15 years ago most Schools are running at capacity levels.
