The purpose of conducting routine inspections is to identify repairs & maintenance, identify breaches by tenants, and provide a detailed report of the results of the inspection to the owner of the property.

We conduct routine inspection 2 – 3 times a year, or as required, such as after significant repairs.

Under the RTRA Act, entry to the property for another routine inspection cannot be made less than 3 months after the last inspection.
