Our in room Auctions held last night proved the theory that sometimes you should just forget what you read and hear about the economy, and just keep focused on what you are doing and do it WELL.
The room was jam packed with well over 200 people attending and a further 80 people on line from Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, UK, Dubai, Qatar, New Zealand, USA and Indonesia.
Our first 5 properties SOLD last night and with prices from 715k to 3.6m its testament that there are buyers around at all levels. There was strong bidding on 5 more properties which should see a result by the weekend.
The clearance rate doubled that of the Brisbane average so a big congratulations to our sellers, buyers and agents.
