Quite surprisingly when buyers have been questioned about where they are finding certain properties of mine, I have been told our SPACE website. Now I am not saying that I am shocked they would look at our vibrant and easy to use website generally, just surprised to keep hearing that buyers are finding my properties for the first time from our SPACE website.
It seems to be a growing trend that buyers are looking through stock of real estate companies that have easy to view websites, especially combined with seeing that particular company’s sign boards in the area, along with their magazine at certain opens each weekend.
With this growing phenomenon, I decided to ask more questions in regards to why they went to our website first. It seems that due to our high presence in the area, they feel it easier than searching through all the listings on realestate.com.au; well at least to start with anyway. The other main reason they start at SPACE was due to our high quality imagery and content of copy we provide.
