The magnificent OPERA House in Sydney was the venue for the recent Australasian Real Estate Networks Annual Awards Dinner. Over 300 guests made their way from both sides of the ‘ditch’ to acknowledge the performers and legends of 2009.
Twelve coveted awards were up for grabs within the cream of Independent Agencies from both countries. CEO and Founder of this invitation only network Michael Sheargold shared his thoughts on the night. “To be nominated for any award is huge testament to your commitment, to be a Finalist in any award you are outperforming in your marketplace and to be a Winner of any award you are a Leader of your field and an inspiration to others.”
The SPACE Property Group was finalists in 4 Categories and collected the Gold in all four. The clean sweep of the 3 Marketing Awards was another testament to their flexibility at delivering for their clients on all levels. Judi O’Dea from Paddington office collected her second award in the same section for niche marketing under $5000. Heath Williams from Central Office received the Top award for Marketing over $5000 and the Group received the Major Award of Marketing Agency of The Year. However the eagerly anticipated supremo Award of ‘Principal of the Year’ was left to the very end. Managing Director and Founder of SPACE Property Nick Penklis was thrilled to accept the major gong and dedicated it to his team.
