As a vendor, your buyers are of high importance and should be treated with care. During the sale campaign buyers will often have specific questions/requests that your agent may not be able to answer directly. These questions/requests should not be seen as a hindrance, but as an indicator that these buyers are interested in your property.
Some common questions are if the property can have a pool put in and if the vendor has investigated this possibility. Buyers ask this question specifically to save having to employ a surveyor, as if there is a sewage drain in the land this cannot be built over and a pool will not be permitted. The other most common question/request derives from the inclusions and exclusions of the property. Anything attached to a property is automatically an inclusion; however, any item can be listed as exclusion on the contract. Items such as flat screens, or projectors and projector screens are commonly argued over and may be an item that if you agree to leave with the property can secure you a sale.
