When selling a property it is now the sellers responsibility to complete a sustainability declaration before their property is put on the market for sale.
No advertising will commence prior to the declaration being completed by the seller, and all printed material will inform buyers as to where a buyer can obtain a copy of the document.

As mentioned previously the declaration will outline the energy, water, access and safety features of a house, townhouse, or unit. The imitative is to inform buyers about the sustainability of a property and increase community awareness of the value of such features.
