With all the interest rate rises, and crazy talk about money, most people have chosen not to go away this Christmas. How do we know this you ask? Simple, over the past few weeks we have had an influx of buyers!
I have had the opportunity recently to speak with many buyers who are looking for properties, and are letting me know that they will be available through out the holiday period and are looking for new houses for sale.
My best advise this summer? Don’t wait until the new year to capitalize on the current market. With the market hotter than the weather at the moment, Christmas is proving to be a great time to sell!
