Today I was sitting at a local cafe enjoying a latte and a bite to eat, and i just thought to myself, how could you go past Paddington?
Living in Paddington has always provided me with the best of everything, we are close to grocers, florists, local shops and boutiques. In fact the other day when a friend popped in we simply walked to one of my favorite coffee shops, then went for a stroll down given terrace looking through all the quaint little shops, it was a fantastic afternoon! Not many other suburbs can offer you that!
I have also always noticed some of the beautiful and sometimes even historical houses for sale in Paddington, there are always many beautiful homes open for inspection on weekends and often on a Saturday morning i have found myself looking through some of the homes, contemplating the purchase of a new home.
The lifestyle in Paddington is honestly something to take in, and if you are ever in the area i would strongly suggest just taking a moment to appreciate the history, the friendly atmosphere and the local way of life, as you are surely to fall in love with it and want to begin looking for houses for sale…
